W Zespole Szkolno-Przedszkolnym nr 4 odbył się emocjonujący turniej warcabowy dla uczniów klas IV–VIII. Ta klasyczna dyscyplina cieszy się w tej szkole dużą popularnością, co znalazło wyraz w wysokiej frekwencji i dużym zaangażowaniu uczestników. Rozgrywki przeprowadzono w trzech etapach: dwa pierwsze rozegrano systemem pucharowym, a finał – systemem „każdy z każdym”.
Po zaciętych pojedynkach wyłoniono zwycięzców:
- I miejsce – Krzysztof Sekutowicz,
- II miejsce – Dawid Jagiełło,
- III miejsce – Maciej Krzeczkowski,
- IV miejsce – Konrad Brzeziński,
- V miejsce – Lena Kowalska.
Na zakończenie zawodów nagrody ufundowane przez UKS „Reduta” wręczyła wicedyrektor szkoły, Barbara Siwek, która jednocześnie pogratulowała zwycięzcom sukcesów i podziękowała wszystkim za udział oraz wspaniałą atmosferę. Turniej nie tylko rozwijał umiejętności logicznego myślenia, ale także pozwolił uczniom na integrację i dobrą zabawę.
Checkers Tournament at School No. 4
An exciting checkers tournament took place at School No. 4 for students from grades IV–VIII. This classic game enjoys great popularity at the school, reflected in the high attendance and enthusiasm of the participants. The competition was conducted in three stages: the first two rounds followed a knockout system, while the final round adopted a „round robin” format.
After intense matches, the winners were announced:
- 1st Place – Krzysztof Sekutowicz,
- 2nd Place – Dawid Jagiełło,
- 3rd Place – Maciej Krzeczkowski,
- 4th Place – Konrad Brzeziński,
- 5th Place – Lena Kowalska.
The awards, sponsored by the UKS „Reduta,” were presented by the deputy principal, Barbara Siwek, who congratulated the winners on their achievements and thanked all participants for their involvement and the excellent atmosphere. The tournament not only enhanced students’ logical thinking skills but also fostered camaraderie and fun.
