Podczas służby funkcjonariuszki z Posterunku Policji w Modlinie zatrzymały dwóch poszukiwanych mężczyzn. Dzięki Systemowi Informacyjnemu Schengen i szybkiej wymianie informacji pomiędzy jednostkami Policji państw układu Schengen ustalono, że 29-letni kierowca jest poszukiwany.
Policjantki z modlińskiego posterunku zostały skierowane przez dyżurnego na interwencję domową na Osiedlu Młodych. Podczas prowadzonych czynności wylegitymowały mężczyznę, który, jak wynikało ze zgłoszenia, zbyt głośno słuchał muzyki. Okazało się, że nowodworzanin jest poszukiwany przez warszawską prokuraturę w celu ustalenia miejsca pobytu. Funkcjonariuszki pouczyły 33-latka, odebrały stosowne oświadczenie dotyczące aktualnego miejsca pobytu, a następnie wystawiły wezwanie do stawiennictwa w prokuraturze.
Podczas tej samej służby, policjantki w rejonie Portu Lotniczego Warszawa-Modlin podjęły interwencję wobec kierowcy osobowego volkswagena. Powodem kontroli było niezastosowanie się do znaku B-36 (zakaz zatrzymywania). Po sprawdzeniu w Systemie Informacyjnym Schengen wyszło na jaw, że 29-latek jest poszukiwany do ustalenia miejsca pobytu. Za popełnione wykroczenie funkcjonariuszki nałożyły na mężczyznę mandat karny, a następnie wykonały czynności związane z prowadzonymi za obywatelem Pakistanu poszukiwaniami. Modlin Policewomen Detain Two Wanted Men
During their duty, policewomen from the Modlin Police Station detained two wanted men. The first was identified during a domestic intervention, and the second was detained during a traffic stop for committing an offense. Thanks to the Schengen Information System and the rapid exchange of information between Schengen Agreement member state police units, it was determined that the 29-year-old driver was wanted.
The policewomen from the Modlin station were dispatched by the dispatcher to a domestic intervention in the Osiedle Młodych. During their operations, they identified a man who, according to the report, was playing loud music. It turned out that the resident of Nowy Dwór was wanted by the Warsaw prosecutor’s office to determine his whereabouts. The policewomen instructed the 33-year-old, took a statement regarding his current whereabouts, and then issued a summons to appear at the prosecutor’s office.
During the same duty, the policewomen intervened with a driver of a Volkswagen in the vicinity of Warsaw-Modlin Airport. The reason for the stop was non-compliance with the B-36 sign (no stopping). A check in the Schengen Information System revealed that the 29-year-old was wanted to determine his whereabouts. For the committed offense, the policewomen issued the man a fine and then carried out actions related to the search for the Pakistani citizen.
