W odpowiedzi na rosnące problemy z zanieczyszczeniem hałasem, Marszałek Województwa Mazowieckiego zaprasza mieszkańców do udziału w konsultacjach społecznych nowego programu ochrony środowiska przed hałasem. Konsultacje odbywają się zgodnie z art. 119a ust. 5 ustawy Prawo ochrony środowiska, a ich celem jest zebranie opinii i uwag, które pomogą w kształtowaniu przyszłych regulacji.
Zgłaszanie uwag jest możliwe do 2 V 2024 roku poprzez różnorodne kanały komunikacji, takie jak poczta elektroniczna, formularze online oraz osobiście w siedzibie odpowiedniego departamentu. Adresy i linki do formularzy zostały udostępnione w komunikacie Marszałka.
Dostępność elektroniczna projektu programu na oficjalnych stronach internetowych województwa ułatwia mieszkańcom wgląd w dokumenty i aktywne uczestnictwo w procesie konsultacyjnym. Ponadto, organizowane jest otwarte spotkanie konsultacyjne, które odbędzie się 24 IV 2024 roku online, z udziałem specjalistów w dziedzinie akustyki.
In response to the growing problems with noise pollution, the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship invites residents to participate in social consultations for the new environmental protection program against noise. The consultations are conducted in accordance with Article 119a (5) of the Environmental Protection Law, aiming to collect opinions and comments that will help shape future regulations.
Submitting comments is possible until May 2, 2024, through various communication channels, such as email, online forms, and in person at the office of the relevant department. Addresses and links to forms have been provided in the Marshal’s announcement.
The electronic availability of the program project on the official websites of the voivodeship facilitates residents’ insight into documents and active participation in the consultation process. Additionally, an open consultation meeting is organized, which will take place online on April 24, 2024, with the participation of specialists in acoustics.
This initiative is an important step towards improving the quality of life for residents of Mazovia and proof that their opinion matters in the decision-making process of the voivodeship authorities.
