W dniach 3-7 III-25r. Centrum Szkolenia Wojsk Obrony Terytorialnej przeprowadziło ostatni etap szkolenia przeznaczonego dla nowych instruktorów w grupie inżynieryjno-saperskiej. W kursie wzięło udział kilkunastu żołnierzy z różnych Brygad Obrony Terytorialnej, którzy po jego ukończeniu powrócą do macierzystych jednostek, gdzie będą odpowiadać za wyszkolenie kolejnych saperów.
Prawidłowo przygotowane pole minowe może nie tylko wyeliminować pojazdy pancerne przeciwnika, ale również opóźnić jego działania lub wymusić określony kierunek ruchu pododdziałów. W trakcie szkolenia instruktorów inżynierii wojskowej i saperstwa Terytorialsi nie tylko poznawali zasady posługiwania się minami wojskowymi oraz sposoby wysadzania różnych elementów, lecz także, pod czujnym okiem kadry CSWOT, występowali w roli samodzielnych instruktorów, prowadząc zajęcia dla innych żołnierzy.
– Z każdym kolejnym etapem kursu mamy możliwość nie tylko nauczenia się nowych rzeczy, ale przede wszystkim uporządkowania dotychczasowej wiedzy. Oczywiście w moich pierwszych krokach saperskich najtrudniejszy był kontakt z ogromem materiału, jakiego trzeba było się nauczyć. Jednakże z każdym dniem etapu podstawowego wiedza ta wchodziła do głowy samoistnie, a obecnie nie tylko musimy się nią bezbłędnie posługiwać, ale także potrafić ją w odpowiedni sposób przekazać dalej – powiedział kursant z 9. Łódzkiej Brygady Obrony Terytorialnej.
Instruktorski etap szkolenia przeznaczony jest wyłącznie dla żołnierzy, którzy wcześniej odbyli miesięczne szkolenie podstawowe. To właśnie w jego trakcie poznali zasady wysadzania i niszczenia różnych elementów konstrukcyjnych, budowania zapór terenowych oraz pracy z materiałami wybuchowymi.
– Jest to kolejny etap, w jakim uczestniczę, i myślę, że wiedza zdobyta podczas szkolenia w CSWOT jest ogromna. Po powrocie do swojej jednostki będę chciała wykorzystać ją w procesie szkolenia kolejnych podoficerów – dodała kursantka ze szkoły podoficerskiej SONDA.
Po zakończeniu egzaminów kursanci dołączą do grona instruktorów inżynierii wojskowej i saperstwa, a po powrocie do swoich jednostek przejmą odpowiedzialność za proces szkolenia kolejnych Terytorialsów.
Training of Sappers at CSWOT
Between March 3rd and March 7th, 2025, the Territorial Defense Forces Training Center (CSWOT) conducted the final stage of training for new instructors in the engineering and sapper group. Several soldiers from different Territorial Defense Brigades participated in the course, and after completing it, they will return to their respective units, where they will be responsible for training the next generation of sappers.
A properly prepared minefield can not only neutralize enemy armored vehicles but also delay their actions or force them to move in a specific direction. During the course, future instructors of military engineering and sapping learned not only how to handle military mines and conduct demolitions but, under the close supervision of CSWOT instructors, also played the role of independent trainers, leading sessions for other soldiers.
– With each stage of the course, we not only learn new things but also organize the knowledge we already have. Of course, in my first steps as a sapper, the most challenging part was dealing with the enormous amount of material to be learned. However, with each day of the basic stage, the knowledge became more natural, and now we not only have to use it flawlessly but also be able to pass it on correctly – said a trainee from the 9th Łódź Territorial Defense Brigade.
The instructor training phase is intended exclusively for soldiers who have previously completed a one-month basic training course. It was during this course that they learned the fundamentals of demolitions, destruction of various structural elements, construction of field barriers, and handling of explosives.
– This is another stage of training I am taking part in, and I think the amount of knowledge I have gained at CSWOT is immense. After returning to my unit, I plan to use it to train the next group of non-commissioned officers – added a trainee from the SONDA NCO school.
After completing the final exams, the trainees will officially join the ranks of military engineering and sapping instructors. Upon returning to their respective units, they will take responsibility for training the next generation of Territorial Defense soldiers.
