Wojewoda mazowiecki Mariusz Frankowski wydał decyzję o zezwoleniu na realizację inwestycji drogowej dotyczącej budowy drogi ekspresowej S7 na odcinku od węzła Czosnów (z węzłem) do miejscowości Kiełpin. Decyzja obejmuje odcinki oznaczone jako A i B.
Dokument został przekazany inwestorowi, którym jest Generalny Dyrektor Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad.
Pozostałe strony postępowania będą informowane o wydanej decyzji w drodze obwieszczeń. Zostaną one opublikowane w Mazowieckim Urzędzie Wojewódzkim w Warszawie oraz w urzędach gmin, przez które przebiega planowana droga.

O wydanej decyzji zostaną również indywidualnie powiadomieni dotychczasowi właściciele lub użytkownicy wieczyści nieruchomości znajdujących się na trasie inwestycji. Zawiadomienia będą wysyłane na adresy wskazane w katastrze nieruchomości.

Another step toward S7 construction. Voivode issues key decision
The construction of another section of the S7 expressway has moved closer to implementation. The Mazovian Voivode has issued a decision allowing work to begin on the section between Czosnów and Kiełpin.
Mazovian Voivode Mariusz Frankowski issued a permit for the implementation of the road investment concerning the construction of the S7 expressway on the section from the Czosnów interchange (including the interchange) to the town of Kiełpin. The decision covers sections labeled A and B.
The document has been delivered to the investor, the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.
Other parties to the proceedings will be informed about the decision through official public notices. These will be published at the Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw and in the municipal offices located along the planned route.
Information will also appear in official electronic publications, including the Public Information Bulletins of the relevant offices, as well as in local press outlets.
In addition, current property owners or perpetual usufruct holders whose land lies along the route will receive individual notifications. These notices will be sent to addresses listed in the land and property register.
The voivode’s decision represents one of the key formal stages preceding the start of construction works.
