Żołnierze 64 Batalionu Lekkiej Piechoty w Pomiechówku przygotowują się do udziału w Wojskowych Targach Służby i Pracy, które odbędą się w dniach 17–18 IV 2026 r. w 16 miejscowościach w całym kraju. Wydarzenie centralne zaplanowano w Płocku.
Targi organizowane są przez Ministerstwo Obrony Narodowej oraz Centralne Wojskowe Centrum Rekrutacji. Ich celem jest prezentacja oferty Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz zachęcenie do podjęcia służby wojskowej.
W hali widowiskowo-sportowej Orlen Arena w Płocku zaprezentowany zostanie nowoczesny sprzęt wojskowy, w tym czołgi M1A1 Abrams, K2 Black Panther, kołowe transportery opancerzone Rosomak, wyrzutnie rakietowe HIMARS, armatohaubice K9A1 oraz różnego rodzaju bezzałogowe systemy powietrzne. W programie przewidziano także występy Reprezentacyjnego Zespołu Wojska Polskiego.
Na miejscu obecni będą żołnierze wszystkich rodzajów sił zbrojnych, a także przedstawiciele instytucji wojskowych oraz uczelni o profilu wojskowym. Wydarzenie ma charakter otwarty i skierowane jest do wszystkich zainteresowanych służbą w wojsku.
Swoją obecność zaznaczą również żołnierze Wojsk Obrony Terytorialnej. Jak zapowiadają organizatorzy, na stoisku promocyjnym będzie można zapoznać się ze sprzętem będącym na wyposażeniu formacji oraz porozmawiać z rekruterami o warunkach i specyfice służby. Zainteresowani będą mogli także złożyć wniosek o przyjęcie do WOT.
Rola terytorialsów nie ograniczy się jednak wyłącznie do promocji. Żołnierze 64 Batalionu Lekkiej Piechoty zaangażowani będą również w zabezpieczenie logistyczne przedsięwzięcia, dbając o sprawny i bezpieczny przebieg wydarzenia.
W ostatnich latach Wojsko Polskie przechodzi intensywną modernizację – zarówno w zakresie wyposażenia, jak i systemu szkolenia oraz warunków służby. Targi stanowią okazję, by zobaczyć efekty tych zmian z bliska.

The military meets the public. Territorial soldiers from Pomiechówek prepare for the fair in Płock
Soldiers of the 64th Light Infantry Battalion in Pomiechówek are preparing to take part in the Military Service and Work Fair, which will be held on April 17–18, 2026, in 16 locations across Poland. The central event will take place in Płock.
The fair is organized by the Ministry of National Defence and the Central Military Recruitment Centre. Its purpose is to present the offer of the Polish Armed Forces and encourage people to join military service.
At the Orlen Arena in Płock, visitors will be able to see modern military equipment, including M1A1 Abrams tanks, K2 Black Panther tanks, Rosomak armored personnel carriers, HIMARS rocket launchers, K9A1 self-propelled howitzers, and various unmanned aerial systems. The program also includes performances by the Representative Ensemble of the Polish Armed Forces.
Soldiers from all branches of the armed forces will be present, along with representatives of military institutions and military universities. The event is open to the public and aimed at anyone interested in a military career.
Territorial Defence Forces soldiers will also be present with a promotional stand, where visitors will be able to learn about their equipment and speak with recruiters about the nature and conditions of service. Interested individuals will have the opportunity to submit an application to join the force.
In addition to promotion, soldiers of the 64th Battalion will also be responsible for logistical support, ensuring that the event runs smoothly and safely.
