W poniedziałek, 20-V-24r., w sali konferencyjnej Urzędu Miejskiego w Nasielsku odbyło się spotkanie informacyjne dotyczące tworzenia społeczności energetycznej w Gminie Nasielsk. W wydarzeniu uczestniczyli Burmistrz Nasielska – Radosław Kasiak, Pełnomocnik Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego ds. inwestycyjno-gospodarczych – Mateusz Rukat, przedstawiciele firmy Prometheus Energy, w tym Wiceprezes Zarządu – Paweł Pisarczyk, oraz mieszkańcy, którzy skorzystali z zaproszenia Urzędu Miejskiego w Nasielsku.
Wydarzenie zostało zorganizowane w kontekście zakwalifikowania Gminy Nasielsk do programu pilotażowego społeczności energetycznych w województwie mazowieckim oraz rozpoczęcia prac nad audytem energetycznym. Celem audytu jest ocena potencjału Gminy Nasielsk do tworzenia społeczności energetycznej w formie klastra energii lub spółdzielni energetycznej. Wyniki audytu posłużą do wypracowania rekomendacji dotyczących optymalnego miksu energetycznego, a także oszacowania głównych kosztów i korzyści finansowych związanych z utworzeniem społeczności energetycznej. Audyt będzie podstawą do opracowania Koncepcji Rozwoju społeczności energetycznej dla Gminy Nasielsk w perspektywie dalszych działań w tej sprawie.
Podczas spotkania przedstawiono zasady funkcjonowania oraz praktyczne aspekty tworzenia spółdzielni energetycznych i klastrów energii. Odbyła się również dyskusja na temat potencjalnych inwestycji Gminy, które mogłyby zostać wpisane w założenia funkcjonowania społeczności energetycznej.

On Monday, May 20th, 2024, an informational meeting was held in the conference room of the Nasielsk Municipal Office regarding the creation of an energy community in the Nasielsk Municipality. The event was attended by the Mayor of Nasielsk, Mr. Radosław Kasiak, the Representative of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship for Investment and Economic Affairs, Mr. Mateusz Rukat, representatives of Prometheus Energy, including the Vice President of the Management Board, Mr. Paweł Pisarczyk, and residents who responded to the invitation issued by the Nasielsk Municipal Office.
The event was organized in the context of Nasielsk Municipality’s qualification for the pilot program of energy communities in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the commencement of work on an energy audit. The audit aims to assess Nasielsk Municipality’s potential for creating an energy community in the form of an energy cluster or energy cooperative. The results of the audit will be used to develop recommendations for the optimal energy mix, as well as estimate the main financial costs and benefits associated with establishing the energy community. The audit will form the basis for developing the Concept of Energy Community Development for Nasielsk Municipality in the perspective of further actions on this matter.
During the meeting, the principles of functioning and practical aspects of creating energy cooperatives and energy clusters were presented. A discussion was also held on potential investments by the Municipality that could be aligned with the functioning of the energy community.
