Seniorzy z kilku miast Mazowsza spotkali się w Nasielsku przy stołach do tenisa. III Turniej Tenisa Stołowego Seniorów zgromadził słuchaczy uniwersytetów trzeciego wieku z czterech miejscowości. Najlepsi okazali się gospodarze.
5 III 2026 r. na hali sportowej w Nasielsku odbył się III Turniej Tenisa Stołowego Seniorów. W zawodach uczestniczyli słuchacze Nasielskiego Uniwersytetu Trzeciego Wieku oraz zaproszone drużyny z Legionowa, Serocka i Nowego Dworu Mazowieckiego.
Organizatorką wydarzenia była prezes Fundacji „Bądźmy Razem” Teresa Skrzynecka. Turniej rozegrano w formule drużynowej oraz indywidualnej.
W klasyfikacji drużynowej zwyciężył Nasielski Uniwersytet Trzeciego Wieku. II miejsce zajął Serocki Uniwersytet Trzeciego Wieku, III miejsce Legionowski Uniwersytet Trzeciego Wieku, a IV miejsce Nowodworski Uniwersytet Trzeciego Wieku.
W rywalizacji indywidualnej wśród kobiet zwyciężyła Iwona Żyła z Nasielska. II miejsce zajęła Lucyna Zadrożna z Serocka, a III miejsce Ewa Kowalik również z Serocka.
W kategorii mężczyzn I miejsce zdobył Krzysztof Ziółek z Legionowa. II miejsce przypadło Sławomirowi Szadkowskiemu z Nasielska, a III miejsce Krzysztofowi Zalewskiemu z Nasielska.
Zmaganiom sportowym kibicowali zaproszeni goście: burmistrz Nasielska Radosław Kasiak, starosta nowodworski Magdalena Biernacka oraz wiceprzewodniczący Rady Miejskiej w Nasielsku Zbigniew Wóltański.
Turniej został zrealizowany w ramach Inicjatywy Lokalnej Gminy Nasielsk.
Senior Table Tennis Tournament in Nasielsk
Senior athletes from several Mazovian towns met in Nasielsk for a table tennis competition. The Third Senior Table Tennis Tournament brought together participants from Universities of the Third Age representing four locations. The hosts proved to be the strongest team.
On March 5, 2026, the Third Senior Table Tennis Tournament was held in the sports hall in Nasielsk. The competition involved participants from the Nasielsk University of the Third Age as well as invited teams from Legionowo, Serock, and Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.
The event was organized by Teresa Skrzynecka, President of the “Let Us Be Together” Foundation. The tournament included both team and individual competitions.
In the team classification, the Nasielsk University of the Third Age finished in first place. The Serock University of the Third Age took second place, the Legionowo University of the Third Age placed third, and the Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki University of the Third Age finished fourth.
In the women’s individual category, Iwona Żyła from Nasielsk won first place. Lucyna Zadrożna from Serock finished second, and Ewa Kowalik, also from Serock, placed third.
In the men’s category, Krzysztof Ziółek from Legionowo took first place. Sławomir Szadkowski from Nasielsk finished second, while Krzysztof Zalewski, also from Nasielsk, secured third place.
The tournament was attended by invited guests, including the Mayor of Nasielsk, Radosław Kasiak; the Starosta of Nowy Dwór County, Magdalena Biernacka; and the Deputy Chair of the Nasielsk City Council, Zbigniew Wóltański.
The event was implemented as part of the Local Initiative of the Nasielsk Municipality.
