W dniu 19-V-24r. zakończono II etap naboru do służby przygotowawczej w systemie codziennym w Komendzie Powiatowej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim, mieszczącej się przy ulicy Gospodarczej 1. Niestety, musimy poinformować, że żaden z kandydatów nie zakwalifikował się do dalszego postępowania.
Po przeprowadzeniu testu sprawności fizycznej, który był kluczowym elementem oceny kandydatów, okazało się, że żaden z uczestników nie osiągnął wymaganych minimalnych punktów. W związku z tym, zgodnie z regulaminem, test sprawności fizycznej uznaje się za niezaliczony, co automatycznie wyklucza kandydatów z dalszego etapu rekrutacji.
Jest to sytuacja nader nieoczekiwana, zwłaszcza w kontekście rosnących potrzeb kadrowych nowodworskiej jednostki. Służba w Państwowej Straży Pożarnej to nie tylko praca, ale przede wszystkim misja i powołanie, które wymagają zarówno wysokiej sprawności fizycznej, jak i gotowości do niesienia pomocy innym. Niedostateczne wyniki kandydatów budzą poważne refleksje nad kondycją młodego pokolenia oraz wymaganiami stawianymi przyszłym strażakom.

On 19-V-24r., the second stage of recruitment for the daily preparatory service at the County Command of the State Fire Service in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, located at Gospodarcza 1 Street, was concluded. Regrettably, and to our great surprise, we must inform that none of the candidates qualified for the next stage of the process.
After conducting the physical fitness test, which was a crucial element in assessing candidates, it turned out that none of the participants achieved the required minimum points. Therefore, according to the regulations, the physical fitness test is considered not passed, which automatically excludes the candidates from further recruitment stages.
This situation is exceedingly unexpected, especially in the context of our unit’s growing staffing needs. Service in the State Fire Service is not just a job but primarily a mission and vocation that require both high physical fitness and readiness to help others. The insufficient results of the candidates raise serious reflections on the condition of the younger generation and the requirements for future firefighters.
Despite this unfavorable situation, the County Command of the State Fire Service in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki is not giving up and plans to announce another recruitment. We hope that future candidates will meet our expectations and the challenges associated with working in the fire service.
