27-III-25r. w Miejsko-Gminnej Bibliotece Publicznej w Nasielsku odbyło się niezwykłe spotkanie członków Dyskusyjnego Klubu Książki dla dzieci. W marcowym spotkaniu uczestnicy przenieśli się – z pomocą słowa pisanego, wyobraźni i rekwizytów – do świata czarodziejów stworzonego przez angielską pisarkę J. K. Rowling. Tematem przewodnim była popularna na całym świecie seria książek o Harrym Potterze.
Seria ta, rozpoczęta w 1997 roku, liczy osiem tomów i przedstawia losy młodego czarodzieja, który wraz z przyjaciółmi – p. Ronem Weasleyem i p. Hermioną Granger – uczęszcza do Szkoły Magii i Czarodziejstwa w Hogwarcie. Przygody bohaterów, pełne magii, odwagi, przyjaźni i zmagań ze złem, zdobyły serca milionów czytelników, stając się fenomenem literackim i kulturowym.
Podczas spotkania dzieci rozmawiały o ulubionych postaciach, emocjach towarzyszących lekturze, a także o tym, co w książkach zachwyca, wzrusza lub przeraża. Nie zabrakło również elementu zabawy – dzięki uprzejmości Kreatorki Marzeń mali klubowicze mogli przebrać się za swoich ulubionych bohaterów. Stroje i rekwizyty nadały spotkaniu atmosfery prawdziwego magicznego świata.
Uczestnicy wykazali się nie tylko ogromnym zaangażowaniem, ale także imponującą wiedzą o uniwersum powieści. Dyskusji towarzyszyła radość wspólnego dzielenia się pasją do książek, które – choć opisujące świat fikcyjny – niosą uniwersalne przesłania o wartościach ważnych w życiu każdego człowieka.

On 27-III-25, the Municipal Public Library in Nasielsk hosted an extraordinary meeting of its Children’s Book Discussion Club. The entire event was dedicated to the world-famous Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling, which has captivated readers since 1997.
The series, consisting of eight fantasy novels, tells the story of a young wizard, Harry Potter, who discovers his magical identity and enters the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Alongside his closest friends – Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger – Harry experiences adventures filled with wonder, friendship, courage, and a fierce battle against the dark wizard Lord Voldemort.
More than just popular fiction, the Harry Potter books have become a cultural phenomenon. The novels explore important themes such as the value of loyalty, the power of love and sacrifice, and the struggle between good and evil. They blend genres including fantasy, adventure, coming-of-age fiction, and elements of thriller, making them appealing to readers of all ages.
During the club meeting, young readers enthusiastically shared their favourite characters, the parts of the story that moved or frightened them, and what made them fall in love with the series. Adding to the joyful atmosphere, children were able to dress up as characters from the magical world, thanks to the generous support of Kreatorka Marzeń (Dream Creator), who provided costumes and props. For many participants, it was a dream come true to become part of the Hogwarts world, even for a moment.
The group included devoted fans of the series, some of whom impressed others with their deep knowledge of the books and films. The session was both engaging and educational, offering an opportunity to reflect on the values conveyed by the stories and to celebrate the joy of reading.
The library in Nasielsk warmly invites all children and youth to join the next meeting of the Children’s Book Club, scheduled for April. The magic of reading continues.
