Drugie spotkanie dotyczące planowanej inwestycji mieszkaniowej przy ulicach Sienkiewicza i Akacjowej w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim potwierdziło głęboki sprzeciw mieszkańców. Wysoka frekwencja i gorąca dyskusja ukazały determinację lokalnej społeczności w obronie charakteru swojej dzielnicy.
23 IX 2025 r. w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim odbyło się drugie spotkanie konsultacyjne w sprawie planowanej inwestycji mieszkaniowej w trybie ustawy deweloperskiej przy ulicach Sienkiewicza i Akacjowej. Spotkanie otworzył burmistrz Sebastian Sosiński, podkreślając, że celem jest wysłuchanie opinii mieszkańców i zebranie argumentów dla radnych przed podjęciem decyzji ws. lokalizacji inwestycji.
– Frekwencja podczas spotkania była bardzo wysoka. Duża obecność mieszkańców pokazała silne zaangażowanie lokalnej społeczności w sprawy swojego osiedla i przyszłość tej części miasta – odnotowuje Urząd Miasta. Na sali obecni byli radni miejscy, przedstawiciele Zarządu Osiedla nr 5 „Nowodworzanka”, inwestor NDM Development – Dariusz Żułtak – oraz projektant Beata Trębacz z firmy ATI, która omówiła wprowadzenia zmian do projektu zgodnie z uwagami zarządu osiedla.
Dyskusja, określona jako „gorąca i pełna emocji”, koncentrowała się na trzech głównych zastrzeżeniach mieszkańców. – Mieszkańcy ponownie podnosili wątpliwości dotyczące wysokości projektowanych budynków, które – ich zdaniem – nie pasują do otaczającej zabudowy domków jednorodzinnych – relacjonuje urząd. Kolejnym problemem jest „już dziś problematyczny wyjazd z ul. Akacjowej w ul. Morawicza w stronę wiaduktu, który po realizacji inwestycji może stać się jeszcze bardziej uciążliwy”. Mieszkańcy wskazywali także na brak infrastruktury towarzyszącej, zwłaszcza szkoły dla dzieci.
– Wydźwięk dyskusji pokazał wyraźnie, że wielu mieszkańców nie chce w swojej okolicy bloków o planowanej wysokości i charakterze zabudowy – podsumowuje Urząd Miasta. Zebrane podczas spotkania argumenty posłużą radnym miejskim jako podstawa do głosowania nad uchwałą w sprawie lokalizacji inwestycji.

The high attendance and heated discussion revealed the determination of the local community to defend the character of their neighborhood.
On September 23, 2025, the second consultation meeting regarding the planned housing investment under the Developer Act at Sienkiewicza and Akacjowa streets took place in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. The meeting was opened by Mayor Sebastian Sosiński, who emphasized that the goal is to hear residents’ opinions and gather arguments for councilors before deciding on the investment’s location.
– Attendance at the meeting was very high. The large presence of residents showed strong involvement of the local community in the affairs of their estate and the future of this part of the city – notes the City Office. Present in the room were city councilors, representatives of the District Council No. 5 „Nowodworzanka”, the investor NDM Development – Dariusz Żułtak – and designer Beata Trębacz from ATI, who discussed changes made to the project in accordance with the district council’s comments.
The discussion, described as „heated and full of emotion,” focused on three main objections from residents. – Residents again raised doubts regarding the height of the planned buildings, which – in their opinion – do not fit with the surrounding single-family housing – reports the office. Another problem is the „already problematic exit from Akacjowa Street onto Morawicza Street towards the viaduct, which may become even more burdensome after the investment is realized.” Residents also pointed to the lack of accompanying infrastructure, especially a school for children.
– The tone of the discussion clearly showed that many residents do not want blocks of the planned height and development character in their area – summarizes the City Office. The arguments collected during the meeting will serve as a basis for city councilors to vote on the resolution regarding the investment location.
