Policjanci z Komisariatu Policji w Nasielsku zatrzymali dwóch mężczyzn podejrzanych o kradzież elektronarzędzi. Do zdarzenia doszło 28-IX-2026r. w Nasielsku. Skradzione mienie o wartości 6700 złotych zostało odzyskane w całości.
Według ustaleń funkcjonariuszy sprawcy zabrali dwie skrzynie z elektronarzędziami z niezabezpieczonego pojazdu pozostawionego przed posesją. Policjanci natychmiast rozpoczęli działania, które już następnego dnia doprowadziły do zatrzymania 39-latka i 28-latka. Podczas przeszukania u jednego z nich odnaleziono skradzione narzędzia, które zostały zabezpieczone przez funkcjonariuszy.
Obaj mężczyźni usłyszeli zarzut zaboru w celu przywłaszczenia mienia w postaci elektronarzędzi o łącznej wartości 6700 zł. W toku postępowania ustalono, że 39-latek działał w warunkach recydywy. Podejrzani przyznali się do zarzucanego im czynu. Prokuratura Rejonowa w Pułtusku zastosowała wobec nich środek zapobiegawczy w postaci dozoru policji. Za ten czyn grozi im kara do 5 lat pozbawienia wolności. Postępowanie prowadzi Komisariat Policji w Nasielsku pod nadzorem Prokuratury Rejonowej w Pułtusku.
Two men detained for power tool theft
Police officers from the Nasielsk Police Station detained two men suspected of stealing power tools. The incident took place on September 28, 2026, in Nasielsk. The stolen property, valued at 6700 PLN, was fully recovered.
According to the officers’ findings, the perpetrators took two crates of power tools from an unsecured vehicle left in front of a property. The police immediately launched actions that led to the detention of a 39-year-old and a 28-year-old the very next day. During a search at one of their premises, the stolen tools were found and secured by the officers.
Both men were charged with theft with intent to appropriate property in the form of power tools worth a total of 6700 PLN. During the proceedings, it was established that the 39-year-old acted as a repeat offender. The suspects admitted to the alleged offense. The District Prosecutor’s Office in Pułtusk imposed police supervision as a preventive measure on both men. The offense carries a penalty of up to 5 years’ imprisonment. The investigation is being conducted by the Nasielsk Police Station under the supervision of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Pułtusk.
