Zgodnie z art. 207 ust. 3 ustawy z dnia 5-XII-24r. o ochronie ludności i obronie cywilnej, nałożono nowy obowiązek na właścicieli, użytkowników wieczystych oraz zarządców obiektów budowlanych lub ich części, które przed wejściem w życie ustawy pełniły funkcję budowli ochronnych, w szczególności schronów i ukryć.
Osoby te zobowiązane są do zgłoszenia tego faktu do właściwego miejscowo wójta, burmistrza lub prezydenta miasta. Termin składania zawiadomień upływa 31-III-25r.
Zawiadomienie powinno zawierać następujące informacje:
- adres nieruchomości lub numer działki, na której znajduje się budowla ochronna,
- tytuł prawny do nieruchomości lub informację o zarządzie nad obiektem,
- dane kontaktowe właściciela, użytkownika wieczystego lub zarządcy.
Mieszkańcy Nowego Dworu Mazowieckiego mogą składać zawiadomienia w siedzibie Urzędu Miejskiego przy ul. Zakroczymskiej 30, pokój 113.
New Obligation for Owners of Shelters and Protective Structures
In accordance with Article 207(3) of the Act on Civil Protection and Defense, dated December 5, 2024, a new obligation has been imposed on property owners, perpetual users, and managers of buildings or parts thereof that served as protective structures before the law came into force, particularly shelters and hiding places.
These individuals are required to report such buildings to their respective local authorities (mayor, commune head, or city president) by March 31, 2025.
The notification should include the following details:
- Address of the property or plot number where the protective structure is located,
- Legal title to the property or information about the management of the building,
- Contact details of the owner, perpetual users, or managers.
Residents of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki can submit their notifications at the City Hall, Zakroczymska Street 30, Room 113.
