Artur Ciecierski, Burmistrz Zakroczymia, poinformował o podpisaniu umowy na budowę nowego ratusza, który powstanie na Rynku Miejskim. Wykonawcą inwestycji będzie firma Paweł Włodkowski „WŁOD – BUD – DACHY 2”, a wartość projektu to 10.898.573,81 zł. Gmina Zakroczym otrzymała na tę inwestycję dotację w wysokości 6 mln zł w ramach Programu Inwestycji Strategicznych.
Zgodnie z umową, realizacja inwestycji potrwa dwa lata. Ratusz będzie miał nowoczesne pomieszczenia biurowe, strefę obsługi mieszkańców, salę konferencyjną oraz salę ślubów. Budynek zostanie dostosowany do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami, wyposażony w podjazdy i windę. Główne wejście, zlokalizowane od strony Rynku, będzie pełniło funkcję reprezentacyjną.
Ratusz wpisze się w estetykę rynku, nawiązując stylistyką do zabytkowej bramy kościelnej, która również zostanie kompleksowo zrewitalizowana. Budynek będzie posiadał zaokrąglone okna oraz wykusze, co wpisuje się w rewitalizacyjny plan miasta, obejmujący także stylowe oświetlenie i przebudowę ulic.
Burmistrz zapowiedział, że o wszelkich utrudnieniach związanych z budową, w tym zmianach w organizacji ruchu, mieszkańcy będą informowani na bieżąco.
Construction of the Zakroczym Town Hall – a new municipal investment
Mr. Artur Ciecierski, Mayor of Zakroczym, announced the signing of a contract for the construction of a new town hall on the Town Square. The investment will be carried out by the company Paweł Włodkowski „WŁOD – BUD – DACHY 2” at a total cost of 10,898,573.81 PLN. The Zakroczym municipality received a grant of 6 million PLN for this project under the Strategic Investments Program.
According to the contract, the project is expected to be completed within two years. The town hall will include modern office spaces, a resident service area, a conference room, and a wedding hall. The building will be fully accessible for people with disabilities, featuring ramps and an elevator. The main entrance, located on the Town Square side, will serve as a representative entryway.
The town hall’s design will harmonize with the aesthetics of the town square, featuring rounded windows and bay windows similar to the historic church gate, which will also undergo comprehensive revitalization, restoring its pre-World War II appearance. This project is part of the ongoing revitalization of the town, which includes the construction of stylish lighting, street reconstruction, and the development of the Town Square.
The mayor also noted that residents will be regularly informed about any construction-related disruptions, including changes in traffic organization.
