Osoby posiadające adres do e-Doręczeń będą otrzymywać korespondencję elektronicznie, bez konieczności korzystania z tradycyjnego listu poleconego. Wszelkie wezwania, postanowienia, decyzje i upomnienia w sprawach podatkowych będą przesyłane tą drogą. Oryginał prawomocnego postanowienia sądu lub zarejestrowanego aktu poświadczenia dziedziczenia należy przedłożyć w Starostwie Powiatowym w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim, Ewidencja Gruntów i Budynków, ul. Paderewskiego 1B.

Updating data in the land and building registry
The Mayor of Leoncin Municipality reminds landowners and heirs of the obligation to report changes in the land and building registry.
According to the Geodetic and Cartographic Law, a landowner, including an heir, is required to notify the competent Starosta of any changes covered by the land and building registry within 30 days from the date such changes occur. This also applies to individuals who have obtained a final court ruling or a deed of inheritance certification after deceased owners still listed in the registry. Changes should be reported at the County Office in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.
The purpose of disclosing heirs in the registry is to update the tax assessment register for real estate, agricultural, and forestry taxes. The Mayor also reminds residents of the obligation to update personal and correspondence address data in case of a change of surname or address. Updating this data enables effective delivery of official correspondence. Individuals with an e-Delivery address will receive correspondence electronically, without the need for traditional registered mail. All summonses, rulings, decisions, and reminders regarding tax matters will be sent this way. The original final court ruling or registered deed of inheritance certification should be submitted to the County Office in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Land and Building Registry, 1B Paderewskiego Street.
