Sesja Rady Miejskiej w Zakroczymiu, zwołana na 26 XI 2025 r. o 1.00 po poł., zapowiada się jako jedno z najbardziej obciążonych posiedzeń tej kadencji. Obrady odbędą się w Gminnym Ośrodku Kultury, a radni staną przed szeregiem decyzji finansowych, organizacyjnych i proceduralnych. Zestaw projektów uchwał pokazuje, że samorząd próbuje zamknąć rok z porządkiem i przygotować gminę do nowych wyzwań.
W porządku otwarcia znajdzie się stwierdzenie prawomocności obrad oraz przedstawienie kolejnych punktów. Tradycyjnie burmistrz Zakroczymia omówi prace prowadzone między sesjami, a radni będą mogli przedstawić interpelacje, zapytania i kwestie różne.
Zbieg of priorities
The session of the Town Council in Zakroczym, scheduled for November 26, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., is shaping up to be one of the most demanding meetings of the current term. It will take place at the Municipal Cultural Center, and council members will face a series of financial, organizational, and procedural decisions. The set of draft resolutions shows that the local government intends to close the year in order and prepare the municipality for new challenges.
The opening will include confirmation of the lawfulness of the proceedings and the presentation of the agenda. The most important decisions will concern finances: the Council will address a resolution on contracting a long-term loan from the National Development Bank and a project defining the transport-related tax rates for 2026. On the same day, the Council is set to consider the amendment of the mayor’s salary.
Council members will also decide on matters related to municipal property management. They will vote on consent to enter into subsequent lease agreements for properties owned or administered by the municipality. A separate draft concerns the sale of plot No. 8/6 in area 0003 01-03 Zakroczym. The agenda also includes a resolution on awarding the title Distinguished for the Town and Municipality of Zakroczym.
In the area of social policy, the Council will define the rules for granting and charging for care services, including the principles for partial or full fee exemptions and the procedure for collecting them. A separate vote will decide the fate of the “Annual Program of Cooperation between the Municipality of Zakroczym and Non-Governmental Organizations and Entities Listed in Article 3(3) of the Act of April 24, 2003” for 2026.
Later in the session, the Council will receive a report from the Audit Committee covering 2024 and the first quarter of 2025, related to the Multi-Year Program for Managing the Municipal Housing Stock. An informational briefing on the implementation of educational tasks for the 2024/2025 school year is also planned.
As customary, the Mayor of Zakroczym will present a report on activities undertaken between sessions, and council members will submit interpellations, questions, and miscellaneous matters.
