W miniony weekend rozpoczęła się praktyczna część kursu podoficerskiego SONDA dla żołnierzy 6 Mazowieckiej Brygady Obrony Terytorialnej, w tym żołnierzy 64 Batalionu Lekkiej Piechoty w Pomiechówku. Kurs obejmuje szkolenie strzeleckie, taktyczne oraz ćwiczenia w ekstremalnych warunkach terenowych. W dniach 18-21 lipca żołnierze doskonalili swoje umiejętności nad rzeką Radomką, w Puszczy Kozienickiej, w ośrodku poligonowym PSP w Pionkach oraz na strzelnicy w Dęblinie.
Czarna taktyka, czyli odpieranie ataku i walka w terenie zurbanizowanym, miała miejsce w terenie szkoły pożarniczej w Pionkach, gdzie żołnierze uczyli się zabezpieczenia, podejścia i sprawdzania budynków.
St. chor. sztab. Krzysztof Lao, Starszy Podoficer Dowództwa 6 Mazowieckiej Brygady Obrony Terytorialnej, podkreślił, że kurs ma na celu przygotowanie żołnierzy do dowodzenia i podejmowania decyzji pod presją, zgodnie z hasłem: „Szkolisz, dowodzisz, odpowiadasz”.
Żołnierze doskonalili również umiejętności strzeleckie według nowego Programu Strzelań z Broni Strzeleckiej (PSBS), który kładzie duży nacisk na mobilność i ruch. Praktyka strzelecka obejmowała techniki prowadzenia ognia z różnych pozycji.
Jubileuszowa X edycja kursu SONDA jest jednym z najbardziej wymagających szkoleń, które muszą przejść wszyscy żołnierze pragnący służyć w korpusie podoficerów Terytorialnej Służby Wojskowej. Po zakończeniu kursu i zdaniu egzaminu, żołnierze otrzymają stopień kaprala i obejmą dowodzenie nad grupą.
SONDA Course at the 6th Mazovian Territorial Defense Brigade
Last weekend, the practical part of the SONDA non-commissioned officer course began for soldiers of the 6th Mazovian Territorial Defense Brigade, including soldiers from the 64th Light Infantry Battalion in Pomiechówek. The course includes shooting training, tactical exercises, and training in extreme conditions. From July 18-21, soldiers honed their skills by the Radomka River in the Kozienice Forest, at the PSP training center in Pionki, and at the shooting range in Dęblin.
Green tactics, taught during the course, included patrolling, observation, and ambushes in extreme conditions, with an emphasis on natural camouflage and stealth. River crossings, both in water and using ropes, were key exercise elements.
Black tactics, or repelling attacks and fighting in urban terrain, took place in the fire school area in Pionki, where soldiers learned how to secure, approach, and check buildings.
St. chor. sztab. Krzysztof Lao, Senior NCO of the 6th Mazovian Territorial Defense Brigade Command, emphasized that the course aims to prepare soldiers for command and decision-making under pressure, in line with the motto: „Train, Lead, Respond.”
Soldiers also improved their shooting skills according to the new Small Arms Shooting Program (PSBS), which focuses heavily on mobility and movement. The shooting practice included techniques of firing from various positions.
The jubilee 10th edition of the SONDA course is one of the most demanding training sessions that all soldiers aspiring to serve in the Territorial Army’s NCO corps must undergo. Upon completing the course and passing the exam, soldiers will receive the rank of corporal and take command of a group.
