26 I 2026 r. przedstawiciele 6 Mazowiecka Brygada Obrony Terytorialnej oraz Mazowiecka Wojewódzka Komenda Ochotniczych Hufców Pracy podpisali porozumienie o współpracy. Celem dokumentu jest m.in. upowszechnianie tradycji i historii Oręża Polskiego, wzajemne wsparcie procesu kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego młodzieży OHP oraz propagowanie działalności na rzecz obronności i bezpieczeństwa.
Podstawą zawierania porozumień między jednostkami wojskowymi a partnerami społecznymi jest decyzja Ministra Obrony Narodowej ustalająca zasady współpracy. Na jej mocy, decyzją Nr 168/MON, 6 Mazowiecka Brygada Obrony Terytorialnej podpisała wcześniej szereg porozumień, m.in. z radomskim okręgiem Światowego Związku Żołnierzy Armii Krajowej, szkołami średnimi oraz stowarzyszeniami.
Kolejne porozumienie, podpisane 26 I 2026 r. w siedzibie brygady, formalizuje współpracę z Mazowiecką Wojewódzką Komendą Ochotniczych Hufców Pracy w Warszawie. Dokument sygnowali Liliana Kozielska, Komendant Mazowieckiej Komendy OHP, oraz pułkownik Witold Bubak, Dowódca 6 Mazowieckiej Brygady Obrony Terytorialnej. Strony zobowiązały się do realizacji wspólnych celów istotnych dla obu instytucji.
„Podpisanie porozumienia pozwala nam wejść w środowisko osób w przedziale wiekowym 20–25 lat, które są potencjalnymi kandydatami do służby w Wojskach Obrony Terytorialnej. Tego typu porozumienia podpisujemy w celu współpracy. Pomagamy sobie zarówno sprzętowo, jak również organizacyjnie i logistycznie w procesie kształcenia czy promocji Wojsk Obrony Terytorialnej, a także bezpieczeństwa ludności w naszym Stałym Rejonie Odpowiedzialności” – powiedział podpułkownik Arkadiusz Kawka, zastępca dowódcy 6 Mazowieckiej Brygady Obrony Terytorialnej.
Obecnie 6MBOT ma podpisanych 10 porozumień. Jak podkreśliła Liliana Kozielska, Komendant Mazowieckiej Komendy OHP w Warszawie, obie instytucje łączą wspólne zadania: „Najważniejszym dla nas zadaniem jest wychowywanie zarówno młodzieży, jak i dorosłych w duchu patriotyzmu, w duchu obrony Ojczyzny i troski o nią – także w warunkach pokojowych. Na Mazowszu mamy 2300 młodych osób, które w swoich lokalnych środowiskach mogą być ambasadorami bezpieczeństwa i umiejętności związanych z jego utrzymaniem”.
Porozumienie zawarto na okres pięciu lat.
Joint service to memory and security
An agreement signed in Warsaw formalizes cooperation between the military and youth vocational structures. The document defines specific objectives in the areas of patriotism, youth education, and public security. Both parties declare long-term actions.
On January 26, 2026, representatives of the 6th Masovian Territorial Defense Brigade and the Masovian Voivodeship Command of the Voluntary Labor Corps signed a cooperation agreement. The document aims, among other things, to promote the traditions and history of the Polish Armed Forces, provide mutual support in the education and vocational training of OHP youth, and promote activities related to national defense and security.
The basis for concluding agreements between military units and social partners is a decision of the Minister of National Defense establishing the rules of cooperation. Pursuant to Decision No. 168/MON, the 6th Masovian Territorial Defense Brigade had previously signed a number of agreements, including with the Radom District of the World Association of Home Army Soldiers, secondary schools, and associations.
Another agreement, signed on January 26, 2026, at the brigade’s headquarters, formalizes cooperation with the Masovian Voivodeship Command of the Voluntary Labor Corps in Warsaw. The document was signed by Liliana Kozielska, Commander of the Masovian OHP Command, and Colonel Witold Bubak, Commander of the 6th Masovian Territorial Defense Brigade. The parties committed to implementing joint objectives important to both institutions.
“Signing the agreement allows us to enter an environment of people aged 20 to 25 who are potential candidates for service in the Territorial Defense Forces. We sign such agreements for cooperation. We support each other both in terms of equipment and organizationally and logistically in the process of education or promotion of the Territorial Defense Forces, as well as public safety within our Permanent Area of Responsibility,” said Lieutenant Colonel Arkadiusz Kawka, Deputy Commander of the 6th Masovian Territorial Defense Brigade.
Currently, the brigade has 10 cooperation agreements in force. As emphasized by Liliana Kozielska, Commander of the Masovian OHP Command in Warsaw, both institutions share common goals: “Our most important task is to educate both young people and adults in the spirit of patriotism, in the spirit of defending the Homeland and caring for it, also in peacetime. In Masovia we have 2,300 young people who can be ambassadors of security and the skills related to maintaining it in their local communities.”
The agreement was concluded for a five-year term.
