Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki poszukuje nowego dyrektora miejscowego Ośrodka Sportu i Rekreacji. Kandydaci muszą spełnić szereg wymagań, w tym posiadać wyższe wykształcenie na kierunkach: zarządzanie, marketing, turystyka i rekreacja, wychowanie fizyczne, sport lub administracja oraz co najmniej pięcioletni staż pracy.

Do zadań dyrektora będzie należało kierowanie działalnością ośrodka, reprezentowanie go na zewnątrz, organizowanie i nadzorowanie prawidłowego funkcjonowania placówki zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami oraz współpraca z Burmistrzem i Radą Miejską. – WaŜne będą działania z zakresu pozyskiwania zewnętrznych środków finansowych na działalność ośrodka, w tym środków z UE – dodano.

Opportunity for a Leader. Mayor Seeks Sports Center Director
The City Mayor announces a recruitment process for the position of director of the Nowodworski Sports and Recreation Center. This key position requires experience, knowledge, and an unblemished reputation.
Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki is looking for a new director for the local Sports and Recreation Center. Candidates must meet a number of requirements, including having higher education in the fields of management, marketing, tourism and recreation, physical education, sports or administration, and at least five years of work experience.
– Knowledge of regulations including the Public Procurement Law, the Administrative Procedure Code, the Public Finance Law, and the Local Government Employees Act is required – stated in the announcement. The candidate must also have the ability to manage human resources and the financial economy of the institution, as well as organizational skills and analytical thinking.
The director’s tasks will include managing the center’s activities, representing it externally, organizing and supervising the proper functioning of the facility in accordance with applicable regulations, and cooperating with the Mayor and the City Council. – Actions to obtain external funds for the center’s activities, including EU funds, will be important – added.
