W dniu 6-XII-24r. reprezentacja II Mazowieckiego Pułku Saperów z Kazunia odniosła spektakularny sukces podczas IX Charytatywnego Mikołajkowego Turnieju Piłki Siatkowej, który odbył się w Czerwińsku nad Wisłą. W turnieju wzięło udział 12 drużyn podzielonych na trzy grupy.
Saperzy z Kazunia, po rozegraniu fazy grupowej, uplasowali się na pierwszym miejscu w swojej grupie, co zapewniło im awans do fazy pucharowej. W finale zmierzyli się z drużyną Sparta Szczytno, pokonując ją pewnie w dwóch setach – 31:29 oraz 25:19. Dzięki temu zwycięstwu drużyna zdobyła upragnione I miejsce w turnieju.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasłużył kpr. Damian, który został uznany za najlepszego zawodnika całego turnieju, co stanowi dowód nie tylko jego umiejętności, ale także sportowej postawy, jaką prezentowali żołnierze z Kazunia.
Turniej miał charakter charytatywny, co dodatkowo podkreśla piękny cel, któremu przyświecało to wydarzenie. Gratulacje dla reprezentacji II Mazowieckiego Pułku Saperów za ich zwycięstwo i zaangażowanie!

On 6-XII-24r., the II Mazowiecki Engineer Regiment from Kazuń achieved a spectacular victory during the IX Charity St. Nicholas Volleyball Tournament held in Czerwińsk nad Wisłą. The tournament featured 12 teams divided into three groups.
After the group stage, the sappers secured the first place in their group, earning a spot in the knockout phase. In the final match, they faced the Sparta Szczytno team, defeating them decisively in two sets – 31:29 and 25:19. With this win, they claimed the coveted first place in the tournament.
Special recognition goes to Corporal Damian, who was named the tournament’s best player, a testament to both his skills and the sportsmanship displayed by the soldiers from Kazuń.
