Samorządowcy z Łomianek odwiedzili dziś rano pływalnię na terenie ICDS, gdzie trwa remont i modernizacja basenu. W spotkaniu wzięli udział radni, członkowie zarządu gminy, dyrekcja ICDS, przedstawiciele wykonawcy oraz pracownicy Wydziału Inwestycji Urzędu Miejskiego w Łomiankach.
Prace rozpoczęły się 6 lipca. Ekipy remontowe zajęły się szatniami, przebieralniami basenowymi i pomieszczeniami towarzyszącymi. Gruntownej przebudowie poddane zostaną łazienki, sufit akustyczny w hali basenowej zostanie wymieniony i zmodernizowany. Wymienione zostaną instalacje elektryczna, oświetleniowa i sanitarna wraz ze spustami podłogowymi, a w szatniach i przebieralniach zamontowana zostanie nowa wentylacja.
W ramach inwestycji przygotowano podłoże pod brodziki do mycia nóg, tzw. nogomyjki, które pojawią się w szatni damskiej, męskiej oraz rodzinnej dla osób niepełnosprawnych. W korytarzach i pomieszczeniach wymienione zostaną podwieszane sufity, a w instalacji elektrycznej zamontowany zostanie transformator separacyjny.
Podczas wizyty radni i zarząd zapoznali się z postępem prac. Przedstawiciel wykonawcy zwrócił uwagę na konieczność wykonania prac dodatkowych – demontażu i wymiany zużytych zawiesi kanałów wentylacyjnych nad trybunami oraz montażu systemu kontroli dostępu do szatni rodzinnych. Zgłoszono też problem z tymczasowym brakiem płytek ceramicznych na rynku, co może wpłynąć na termin zakończenia remontu.
Uczestnicy omówili dotychczas wykonane prace, ich zakres i stopień zaawansowania. Radni dopytywali o zastosowane rozwiązania techniczne.
Inwestycja obejmuje trzy etapy: wymianę sufitu akustycznego, remont szatni i przebieralni z pomieszczeniami towarzyszącymi oraz modernizację korytarza do przebieralni wraz z systemem samoobsługowym. Całkowity koszt zadania wynosi 2 513 874 zł, z czego 300 tys. zł na remont sufitu w hali basenowej pochodzi z budżetu samorządu województwa mazowieckiego.
– Remont basenu to ważna inwestycja dla mieszkańców naszego miasta i gminy. Chcemy, żeby wykonawca zrealizował zadanie dobrze i profesjonalnie. Otrzymaliśmy sygnały o konieczności prac dodatkowych, co może wpłynąć na termin oddania obiektu, ale priorytetem jest, by modernizacja została wykonana solidnie, bezpiecznie i służyła mieszkańcom przez wiele lat – podkreślił burmistrz Tomasz Dąbrowski.
– Po 22 latach funkcjonowania pływalni realizujemy jej największy remont w historii. To krok, który zapewni użytkownikom większy komfort i bezpieczeństwo, a odnowione pomieszczenia będą służyć mieszkańcom przez kolejne lata – dodała dyrektor ICDS Ewelina Kordek.
Officials inspect progress of ICDS pool renovation
Local officials from Łomianki visited the swimming pool at the ICDS facility this morning, where renovation and modernization works are underway. The meeting included councilors, members of the municipal board, ICDS management, contractor representatives and employees of the Investment Department from Łomianki Town Hall.
The works began on July 6. The renovation crews started with the changing rooms, pool locker areas and accompanying spaces. The bathrooms will be thoroughly renovated, the acoustic ceiling in the pool hall will be replaced and modernized, and the electrical, lighting and sanitary installations – including floor drains – will be renewed. A new ventilation system will also be installed in the changing rooms and locker areas.
As part of the project, the substrate was prepared for foot-washing basins known as footbaths, which will be placed in the women’s, men’s and family/disabled changing rooms. Suspended ceilings in corridors and rooms will be replaced and a separating transformer will be installed in the electrical system.
During the visit, councilors and board members reviewed the progress. The contractor’s representative pointed out the need for additional works, including dismantling and replacing worn ventilation duct hangers above the pool stands and installing an access control system for family changing rooms. A temporary shortage of ceramic tiles on the market was also reported, which may affect the completion deadline.
Participants discussed the work completed so far, its scope and degree of advancement. Councilors asked about the technical solutions applied.
The investment consists of three stages: replacement of the acoustic ceiling, renovation of changing rooms and locker areas with accompanying spaces, and modernization of the corridor leading to the pool changing rooms together with a self-service system. The total cost is 2,513,874 PLN, including 300,000 PLN for the pool hall ceiling obtained from the Mazovian Voivodeship local government.
“Renovating the pool is an important investment for the residents of our town and municipality. We want the contractor to complete the task well and professionally. We have received signals about the need for additional works, which may affect the handover deadline, but our priority is for the modernization to be carried out solidly, safely and to serve residents for many years,” emphasized Mayor Tomasz Dąbrowski.
“After 22 years of operation, we are carrying out the largest renovation in the pool’s history. This is a step that will provide users with greater comfort and safety, and the renewed spaces will serve our residents for years to come,” added ICDS Director Ewelina Kordek.
