10-VIII-2025 r., w koszarach 2. Mazowieckiego Pułku Saperów w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim odbyła się uroczystość złożenia przysięgi wojskowej przez elewów Dobrowolnej Zasadniczej Służby Wojskowej. Wydarzenie, wpisane w program „Wakacje z wojskiem”, zgromadziło żołnierzy, instruktorów i dowódców. Celem było ukoronowanie szkolenia podstawowego i oddanie hołdu wartościom ojczyzny.
Elewi, po miesiącach wytężonej pracy pod okiem instruktorów, zmagali się z trudnym rzemiosłem żołnierskim, doskonaląc swoje umiejętności. Zdając egzaminy końcowe, udowodnili pełne wykorzystanie czasu w koszarach, nabywając wszystkie niezbędne zdolności. „Wszyscy uroczyście wypowiedzieli słowa roty przysięgi wojskowej, składając je na Sztandar jednostki” – podano w komunikacie. W obecności Dowódcy pułku, pułkownika Mariusza Łuszczyńskiego, najlepsi otrzymali listy gratulacyjne, wyróżniając się w służbie.
Ta chwila, gdy elewi stali na placu apelowym, wypowiadając słowa przysięgi, zaświadczyła o ich gotowości do obrony najważniejszych wartości Rzeczypospolitej. Uroczystość podkreśliła ducha patriotyzmu i poświęcenia, które winny być drogowskazem dla młodego pokolenia.
Oath in the Shadow of the Eagle: Recruits of the 2nd Mazovian Sapper Regiment Become Soldiers
Today, August 10, 2025, at the barracks of the 2nd Mazovian Sapper Regiment in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, a ceremony of the military oath was held for recruits of the Voluntary Basic Military Service. The event, part of the “Military Summer” program, gathered soldiers, instructors, and commanders. The purpose was to crown the basic training and pay tribute to the homeland’s values.
After months of intensive effort under instructors’ guidance, the recruits tackled the demanding craft of soldiering, honing their skills. Passing final exams, they proved they fully utilized their time in the barracks, acquiring all necessary military abilities. „All solemnly recited the words of the military oath, pledging it upon the unit’s Standard” – the statement noted. In the presence of the Regiment Commander, Colonel Mariusz Łuszczyński, the best received congratulatory letters, excelling in service.
This moment, as the recruits stood on the parade ground reciting the oath, testified to their readiness to defend the most important values of the Polish Commonwealth. The ceremony highlighted the spirit of patriotism and dedication, which should guide the younger generation.
