The scope of work is broad and includes both basic cleaning and investments in small architecture. Workers are removing thickets and preparing the area for mulching. The next stage will involve cleaning the drainage ditch and refreshing the lamps and wooden architectural elements.
New sidewalks will be created, and paving stones will be laid under the table tennis table. Trash cans and information boards will also be replaced. The modernization will also include refreshing the sports equipment, aiming to encourage residents to spend time actively.
The investment has been met with a positive reception from residents, who have been waiting for the green space to be tidied up for years. The work aims not only to improve aesthetics but also to increase the functionality of the park, which is intended to become the showcase of the estate.
