Jednym z cennych zasobów architektonicznych w naszym mieście są budynki drewniane. Niestety, zostało ich już w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim bardzo mało. Burmistrz miasta, Sebastian Sosiński, pragnie zadbać o to, by te opuszczone budynki, których stan techniczny na to pozwala, zyskały nowe funkcje. Dlatego powołał miejski zespół ds. budynków drewnianych.
W skład zespołu wchodzą przedstawiciele wydziałów gospodarki komunalnej, gospodarki nieruchomościami i planowania przestrzennego oraz Zarządu Budynków Komunalnych. Ciałem doradczym jest miejski konserwator zabytków. Zespół odwiedzi wszystkie drewniane budynki, które są własnością miasta i:
- sprawdzi, w jakim są stanie technicznym,
- zaproponuje nowe funkcje,
- wypracuje plan ochrony tych obiektów.
Preservation of Wooden Architecture in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki
One of the valuable architectural assets in our city is the wooden buildings. Unfortunately, there are very few left in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. The mayor of the city, Sebastian Sosiński, wants to ensure that these abandoned buildings, whose technical condition allows it, gain new functions. Therefore, he has established a municipal team for wooden buildings.
The team consists of representatives from the departments of municipal economy, real estate management, and spatial planning, as well as the Municipal Building Management. The advisory body is the city conservator of monuments. The team will visit all the wooden buildings that are owned by the city and:
- check their technical condition,
- propose new functions,
- develop a protection plan for these objects.
