W Przeciwpożarowej Bazie Leśnej w Zamczysku Nowym, dnia 22 czerwca, rozpoczął się III Obóz Młodzieżowych Drużyn Pożarniczych z terenu Powiatu Nowodworskiego. Organizatorem tego wyjątkowego wydarzenia jest Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim, która realizuje to przedsięwzięcie we współpracy z Komendą Powiatową PSP w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim, Państwową Strażą Pożarną, Komendą Wojewódzką PSP w Warszawie oraz Akademią Pożarniczą.
Podczas tego corocznego obozu, młodzi uczestnicy mają okazję nabywać wiedzę i umiejętności pożarnicze pod okiem doświadczonych instruktorów. Przez trzy lata trwania obozu, adepci szkolą się intensywnie, rozwijając swoje zdolności oraz zdobywając niezbędne doświadczenie.
Plan tegorocznego obozu jest wyjątkowo napięty. Uczestnicy wezmą udział w serii szkoleń pożarniczych, spotkają się z Grupą Poszukiwawczo-Ratowniczą oraz przejdą szkolenie z jednostką ratowniczo-gaśniczą Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. W programie przewidziano także ćwiczenia z technik gaszenia gaśnicami i obsługi hydrantów. Nie zabraknie również edukacyjnych wycieczek, w tym do muzeum pożarnictwa oraz spotkań z Leśniczym, Komendantem Głównym PSP i Komendantem Wojewódzkim PSP w Warszawie.
Dzięki temu intensywnemu programowi, młodzież nie tylko zgłębia teoretyczne aspekty ochrony przeciwpożarowej, ale także zdobywa praktyczne umiejętności, które mogą być kluczowe w przyszłej karierze strażackiej.
Youth Firefighting Camp
On June 22, the third Youth Firefighting Camp of the Nowodworski District began at the Firefighting Forest Base in Zamczysko Nowe. Organized by the Volunteer Fire Department of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, this annual event is conducted in close cooperation with the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, the State Fire Service, the Provincial Headquarters of the PSP in Warsaw, and the Fire Academy.
During this camp, which has been held for three years, young participants have the opportunity to gain knowledge and firefighting skills under the guidance of experienced instructors. Over the years, these young enthusiasts have been engaging in intensive training, honing their skills and gaining the essential experience required in the firefighting profession.
This year’s camp schedule is particularly busy. The participants will take part in a series of firefighting training sessions, meet with the Search and Rescue Group, and undergo training with the Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki Rescue and Firefighting Unit. The program also includes exercises in fire extinguisher techniques and hydrant operation. Educational trips, including a visit to the firefighting museum and meetings with the Forester, Chief Commander of the PSP, and the Provincial Commander of the PSP in Warsaw, are also on the agenda.
Through this intensive program, the youth not only delve into the theoretical aspects of fire protection but also acquire practical skills that could be crucial in their future firefighting careers.
