Zakończyła się modernizacja budynku Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Łomnie w gminie Czosnów. Prace objęły m.in. wymianę całego dachu, kompleksową termomodernizację, docieplenie stropu, odnowienie struktury obiektu oraz wymianę oświetlenia. Na realizację zadania Gmina Czosnów pozyskała 336 785,95 zł dofinansowania.
Modernizacja budynku OSP w Łomnie miała na celu poprawę jego stanu technicznego, parametrów energetycznych oraz warunków użytkowania przez druhów.
Zakres wykonanych prac obejmował wymianę całego dachu oraz kompleksową termomodernizację budynku. Docieplono również strop, odnowiono strukturę obiektu i wymieniono oświetlenie na nowoczesne oraz energooszczędne.
Po zakończeniu prac budynek ma nie tylko odnowiony wygląd, ale również lepsze parametry użytkowe i energetyczne. Modernizacja ma poprawić warunki pracy druhów OSP Łomna oraz funkcjonowanie jednostki.
Na realizację zadania Gmina Czosnów pozyskała 336 785,95 zł dofinansowania z Wojewódzkiego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej w Warszawie. Środki zostały przyznane w formie dotacji na realizację zadania „Termomodernizacja budynku Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Łomnie”.
Odnowiony budynek będzie służył druhom OSP Łomna jako miejsce codziennej służby, przygotowań i gotowości do działania.
New Roof and Thermal Modernization of the Volunteer Fire Department Station in Łomna
The modernization of the Volunteer Fire Department building in Łomna, in Czosnów Municipality, has been completed. The work included the replacement of the entire roof, comprehensive thermal modernization, ceiling insulation, renovation of the building’s structure and replacement of the lighting system. Czosnów Municipality obtained PLN 336,785.95 in funding for the project.
The modernization of the Volunteer Fire Department building in Łomna was intended to improve its technical condition, energy performance and the conditions in which firefighters use the facility.
The completed work included the replacement of the entire roof and comprehensive thermal modernization of the building. The ceiling was also insulated, the building’s structure was renovated and the lighting was replaced with modern, energy-efficient fixtures.
Following the completion of the work, the building has not only been given a renewed appearance but also improved functional and energy parameters. The modernization is intended to improve working conditions for the members of the Łomna Volunteer Fire Department and the operation of the unit.
Czosnów Municipality obtained PLN 336,785.95 in funding from the Warsaw Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The funding was provided as a grant for the project “Thermal Modernization of the Volunteer Fire Department Building in Łomna.”
The renovated building will serve the members of the Łomna Volunteer Fire Department as a place for their daily service, preparations and readiness to respond.
