Zmiana języka obcego: Jedną z kluczowych zmian, która wynika bezpośrednio z potrzeb i życzeń rodziców, jest zmiana drugiego języka obcego w szkole. W odpowiedzi na wyniki ankiety, od przyszłego roku szkolnego język rosyjski zostanie zastąpiony przez język hiszpański. Obecnie szkoła rozpoczęła poszukiwania nauczyciela hiszpańskiego. W przypadku braku możliwości zatrudnienia specjalisty od tego języka, rozważane będą alternatywne opcje, takie jak wprowadzenie języka francuskiego lub niemieckiego. Obecne klasy VII będą kontynuować naukę języka rosyjskiego aż do zakończenia ich edukacji w tej szkole.
Dodatkowe wsparcie nauczycielskie: Burmistrz potwierdził także zwiększenie kadry pedagogicznej. W nadchodzącym roku szkolnym zatrudniony zostanie kolejny nauczyciel języka angielskiego na pełny etat, a także dodatkowy nauczyciel języka polskiego, co jest odpowiedzią na rosnące potrzeby uczniów i plany rozwoju programów nauczania.
Wsparcie specjalistyczne: Znaczące zmiany nastąpiły również w obszarze wsparcia specjalistycznego. Burmistrz zwiększył do pełnego etatu liczbę godzin pracy psychologa, co stanowi wyraz troski o dobrostan psychiczny uczniów. Ponadto, przewidziano pełne etaty dla logopedy i pedagoga, a także dodatkowe godziny dla pedagoga specjalnego oraz nauczycieli wspomagających. Szczególnie ważne jest, że liczba godzin przeznaczona na realizację pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej znacznie przewyższa obowiązki prawne, co świadczy o silnym zaangażowaniu szkoły w zapewnienie odpowiedniego wsparcia swoim uczniom.

New Changes in Zakroczym for the 2024/25 School Year – Important Updates for Parents and Students
The Mayor of Zakroczym, Artur Ciecierski, has provided important information regarding plans for the upcoming school year 2024/25, based on the analysis of the organizational chart and the results of a survey among parents.
Change of foreign language: One of the key changes directly resulting from the needs and wishes of parents is the change of the second foreign language at the school. In response to the survey results, starting next school year, Russian will be replaced by Spanish. The school has begun searching for a Spanish teacher. Should there be difficulties in hiring a specialist for this language, alternative options such as introducing French or German will be considered. Current grade VII classes will continue their Russian studies until the end of their education at this school.
Additional teaching support: The Mayor also confirmed the increase in teaching staff. Next school year, another full-time English teacher will be employed, as well as an additional Polish language teacher, responding to the growing needs of students and plans to develop curriculum programs.
Specialist support: Significant changes have also occurred in the area of specialist support. The Mayor has increased the number of working hours for psychologists to full-time, reflecting a commitment to the mental well-being of students. Additionally, full-time positions are planned for a speech therapist and an educator, along with additional hours for a special education teacher and support teachers. Importantly, the number of hours allocated for psychological and pedagogical support far exceeds legal obligations, demonstrating the school’s strong commitment to providing adequate support to its students.
Detailed needs related to the implementation of these plans will be determined in September, and all changes will be implemented continuously in response to observed needs and emerging challenges. Mayor Ciecierski assures that these changes aim not only to improve the quality of education but also to adapt the school to the current needs of its students and parents.
