O godzinie 9.00 w Kościele św. Wojciecha w Nasielsku odbędzie się Msza Święta dedykowana Bohaterom Wojennym i Poległym w obronie Polski. Po jej zakończeniu, pod tablicą upamiętniającą ofiary gestapowców przetrzymywane i torturowane w Forcie III w Pomiechówku, zapalimy znicze i złożymy kwiaty. O godzinie 10.15, poprzez złożenie kwiatów i zapalenie zniczy, oddamy hołd Bohaterom na skwerze im. Kpt. Antoniego Sochaczewskiego w Nasielsku.

Tribute to Polish Heroes: Nasielsk Commemorates 86th Anniversary of German Aggression
On September 1, 2025, Nasielsk organizes commemorations marking the start of World War II. Based on the act protecting national memory, residents will pay tribute to the Defenders of the Homeland who resisted the German invader 86 years ago. The purpose is communal prayer and remembrance of the sacrifices of Polish soldiers.
At 9:00 a.m. in the Church of St. Wojciech in Nasielsk, a Holy Mass dedicated to War Heroes and Fallen Defenders of Poland will be held. Following its conclusion, candles will be lit and flowers laid at the plaque commemorating victims of the Gestapo held and tortured at Fort III in Pomiechówek. At 10:15 a.m., flowers will be laid and candles lit in tribute to the Heroes at the square named after Capt. Antoni Sochaczewski in Nasielsk.
This event constitutes an act of patriotic duty, recalling the heroism that preserved Polish identity from the barbarism of the occupier.
