23 III 2026 r. w Nowym Dworze Mazowieckim podpisano umowę na opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej termomodernizacji budynku przy ul. Bohaterów Modlina 79. To etap przygotowawczy, niezbędny do realizacji inwestycji. Dokumentacja ma być gotowa do 23 VIII 2026 r.
Projekt wykona firma MxA ARCHITEKTURA Pracownia Projektowa Jan Mazur z Krakowa. Koszt opracowania wynosi 121 155 zł. Umowa obejmuje wyłącznie przygotowanie dokumentacji, która umożliwi uzyskanie wymaganych pozwoleń budowlanych.
Docelowo planowane są prace obejmujące montaż węzła cieplnego oraz instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, wymianę okien i drzwi w częściach wspólnych, ocieplenie ścian, fundamentów i stropodachu, remont klatki schodowej oraz dachu, w tym rynien i rur spustowych, a także wymianę instalacji elektrycznej i modernizację oświetlenia.
Realizacja inwestycji ma na celu poprawę warunków użytkowania budynku oraz ograniczenie kosztów jego utrzymania.
First the design, then modernization. City prepares thermal upgrade
On March 23, 2026, in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, an agreement was signed for the preparation of design documentation for the thermal modernization of the building at 79 Bohaterów Modlina Street. This is a preparatory stage necessary for the implementation of the investment. The documentation is expected to be completed by August 23, 2026.
The design will be prepared by MxA ARCHITEKTURA Pracownia Projektowa Jan Mazur from Kraków. The cost of the documentation amounts to PLN 121,155. The agreement covers only the preparation of the project, which is required to obtain construction permits.
The planned works include installation of a heat node and central heating system, replacement of windows and doors in common areas, insulation of walls, foundations, and roof structure, renovation of the staircase and roof including gutters and downpipes, as well as replacement of the electrical system and modernization of lighting.
The investment aims to improve the building’s usability and reduce maintenance costs.
