W dniu 11-VI-24r. Gmina Leoncin ogłosiła rozpoczęcie postępowania przetargowego na modernizację boiska sportowego przy Szkole Podstawowej w Głusku z siedzibą w Nowych Grochalach. Przedsięwzięcie to jest finansowane ze środków Samorządu Województwa Mazowieckiego w ramach programu „Mazowsze dla sportu” – edycja 2024.
Modernizacja obejmuje nie tylko przebudowę nawierzchni sportowej boiska, ale również zagospodarowanie terenu wokół obiektu. Boiska zostaną dostosowane do uprawiania różnych dyscyplin sportowych, w tym koszykówki, siatkówki i piłki ręcznej. Zostaną także zainstalowane nowoczesne systemy odprowadzania wody opadowej oraz wybudowana bieżnia i piaskownica do skoku w dal.
Prace obejmują:
- Rozbiórkę istniejącej nawierzchni asfaltowej i betonowej.
- Wykonanie robót ziemnych.
- Przygotowanie podłoża i ułożenie nawierzchni polipropylenowej.
- Montaż sprzętu sportowego.
- Zabezpieczenie istniejącego uzbrojenia pod boiskiem i bieżnią.
- Linowanie boisk.
Wymagania dla wykonawców są jasno określone. Projekt przewiduje zatrudnienie osób na podstawie stosunku pracy, co obejmuje m.in. nadzór budowlany oraz obsługę sprzętu budowlanego. Wykonawcy zobowiązani są do dostarczenia odpowiednich certyfikatów i atestów na używane materiały i urządzenia, a także do odpowiedniego wywozu i utylizacji odpadów budowlanych.
Postępowanie przetargowe odbywa się zgodnie z ustawą Prawo zamówień publicznych z dnia 11 września 2019 r. (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1605 ze zm.). Termin składania ofert upływa dnia 28-VI-24r. o godz. 10.00, a otwarcie ofert nastąpi tego samego dnia o godz. 11.00.
Modernization of the Sports Field in Głusk
On 11-VI-24, the Leoncin Commune announced the commencement of a tender procedure for the modernization of the sports field at the Primary School in Głusk, located in Nowe Grochale. This project is financed by the Masovian Voivodeship Government as part of the „Mazovia for Sport” program – 2024 edition.
The modernization includes not only the reconstruction of the sports surface but also the development of the surrounding area. The fields will be adapted for various sports disciplines, including basketball, volleyball, and handball. Modern drainage systems and a running track with a long jump sandbox will also be installed.
The works include:
- Demolition of the existing asphalt and concrete surfaces.
- Earthworks.
- Preparation of the substrate and laying of polypropylene surfaces.
- Installation of sports equipment.
- Securing existing utilities under the field and track.
- Marking of the fields.
Contractor requirements are clearly defined. The project includes employment requirements based on employment contracts, covering, among others, construction supervision and the operation of construction equipment. Contractors are obliged to provide the necessary certificates and attestations for the materials and equipment used, as well as to properly remove and dispose of construction waste.
The tender procedure is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Law of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended). The deadline for submitting bids is 28-VI-24 at 10:00 a.m., and the opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:00 a.m.
