Przebudowa ul.
Petycję mieszkańcy Dębiny napisali 24-VII-2026r., a do urzędu gminy trafiła 27-VII-2026r. Spacerowej przesądzą analiza techniczna i finansowa, ustalenie zakresu prac i znalezienie pieniędzy w budżecie.
Wymaga on wcześniejszej analizy potrzeby, warunków technicznych, zakresu, potrzebnej infrastruktury oraz kosztów budowy i późniejszego utrzymania.
Spacerowa Street sidewalk in Dębina depends on the budget
Rebuilding Spacerowa Street in Dębina, together with a pedestrian path, is one of the projects being considered as the Czosnów municipality works on its 2027 budget. For now it is not known whether or when it will be built. That is how the head of the municipality answered a petition from residents of the village about road safety.
Residents of Dębina wrote the petition on July 24, 2026, and it reached the municipal office on July 27, 2026. It concerned improving traffic safety on municipal roads and changes on a county road. The answer explains that the rebuilding of Spacerowa Street will depend on a technical and financial analysis, on setting the scope of work and on finding money in the budget. Before the council adopts the budget, it cannot be decided whether the project will go ahead, nor can a date be given. If the money is found, a design will have to be prepared. While it is drawn up, the municipality will also look at traffic arrangements and at the speed bumps and pedestrian crossing proposed in the petition.
Polna Street is currently marked with a B-18 sign from the Pańska Street side. According to the answer, the faded face of that sign should be replaced and signs should be added on the Żwirowa Street side, which requires going through the proper procedure for changing traffic arrangements. Before a speed bump is built, it must be assessed whether it is needed, and the technical conditions and traffic safety at the spot must be checked, as well as the bump's effect on neighboring homes, especially noise. Only once the location and cost are set will it be possible to consider how to pay for it.
The same goes for video monitoring of the roundabout. It requires a prior analysis of the need, technical conditions, scope, necessary infrastructure, and the cost of installation and later maintenance. Both a speed bump on the municipal road and the monitoring can be submitted by the village for funding from the village fund. The decision to include such a project in the request belongs to the village assembly, and the municipality will assess it when reviewing the request.
The head of the municipality passed the demands concerning Pańska Street to the Nowy Dwór County Board, because it is a county road that the municipality does not manage. Speed enforcement is not one of the municipal head's tasks. Residents can report places where drivers often break the rules to the police, including through the National Safety Threat Map. Such reports may lead the police to carry out checks there.
