Wycieczka do Akademii Pana Kleksa, lekcja liczenia przy warzywnym straganie, piramidy zdrowego żywienia i klasowa maskotka z masy papierowej. Tak w ostatnich dniach wyglądało życie Szkoły Podstawowej im. Jana Pawła II w Leoncinie.
W czwartek 15-X-2026r. przedszkolne grupy 0a i 0b odwiedziły w Centrum Praskim Koneser „Magię Kina: Akademię Pana Kleksa”. Czarnoksiężnik opowiadał im historie z różnych bajek i pokazywał magiczne eksperymenty, a przedszkolaki same przygotowały tajemniczą miksturę na bal.
From a vegetable stall to Mr. Blot's Academy
A trip to Mr. Blot's Academy, a counting lesson at a vegetable stall, healthy eating pyramids and a papier-mâché class mascot. That is what recent days looked like at the John Paul II Primary School in Leoncin.
On Thursday, October 15, 2026, the preschool groups 0a and 0b visited "Magic of Cinema: Mr. Blot's Academy" (Magia Kina: Akademia Pana Kleksa) at the Koneser Praga Center. The children searched an escape room for Cinderella's slipper, took a quiz using modern technology, learned how the film "Mr. Blot's Academy" was made and looked at costumes and characters from the production. A sorcerer told them stories from various fairy tales and showed magic experiments, and the preschoolers made a mysterious potion for the ball themselves. There was also an encounter with wolves in a mysterious grotto and a conversation with Jan Brzechwa, in which artificial intelligence was used.
In group 0a, math was combined with a lesson on healthy eating. The class began with the poem "Na straganie Pani Jesień" (At Lady Autumn's Stall) and a talk about autumn vegetables, fruit and flowers. The children learned the number 3 and then played shop: as sellers and customers at a vegetable stall they paid with toy money and counted the produce. They also weighed carrots, celery, leeks and parsley root, checking which were heavier and which lighter, and learned the greater-than, less-than and equals signs. Finally they made three-dimensional figures out of vegetables: colorful little people, mermaids and even orcas.
Students in grades 4 and 5, guided by Agnieszka Dzierżanowska, made pyramids of healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle in their health education classes. The most interesting and best-made works went on display in a school exhibition. Over recent weeks, class 4b made its own mascot out of papier-mâché. Słoninka the Piggy is to stay with the students all the way to eighth grade.
