Mężczyzna nie wykonywał poleceń, groził policjantowi i znieważał go wulgarnymi słowami. Jak ustalili śledczy, 32-latek jest instruktorem sztuk walki.

Drunk Hyundai driver threatened police officer
A drunk 32-year-old man behind the wheel of a Hyundai was posing a danger on the road on August 5, 2026, around 9:30 a.m. in the Wieliszew commune. A witness who was driving behind the dangerously operated vehicle reported the situation to the police. According to his account, the driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol because he was making abrupt maneuvers, endangering other road users.
The witness attempted to stop the car. At that point the Hyundai driver became aggressive, smashed the witness’s window and then sped away. The dispatcher immediately relayed the vehicle’s description and direction of escape to all patrols in the area.
The car was quickly located by a traffic police officer from the Legionowo County Police Command who was on duty in Skrzeszew. The officer intervened on Nowodworska Street. The driver tried to flee again, but the policeman blocked his path and detained him.
A strong smell of alcohol was clearly noticeable from the 32-year-old Warsaw resident. The man refused to follow orders, threatened the policeman and insulted him with vulgar words. Investigators determined that the 32-year-old is a martial arts instructor.
The man will now face court charges for driving under the influence, damaging property, insulting a public official and making criminal threats. The case is supervised by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Legionowo.
