Przewodnicząca Rady Gminy Czosnów Katarzyna Kwaśniewska zaprasza na XXXVII Sesję Rady Gminy Czosnów. Spotkanie odbędzie się 25-VIII-2026 r. o godzinie 9 w sali nr 15 Urzędu Gminy Czosnów.
Porządek obrad rozpoczyna się od otwarcia sesji, stwierdzenia prawomocności obrad, przyjęcia porządku obrad oraz protokołu z poprzedniej, XXXVI Sesji. W trakcie posiedzenia zaplanowano wręczenie nagród uczniom, którzy uzyskali najlepsze wyniki z egzaminu ósmoklasisty w 2026 roku.
Radni mają podjąć kilka uchwał. Dotyczą one zmiany Wieloletniej Prognozy Finansowej Gminy Czosnów oraz zmiany uchwały budżetowej na 2026 rok. Wśród punktów znalazło się również utworzenie samodzielnego publicznego zakładu opieki zdrowotnej pod nazwą „Ośrodek Zdrowia” oraz nadanie mu statutu.
Dalsze decyzje obejmują zmianę uchwały w sprawie poboru podatku od nieruchomości, rolnego i leśnego od osób fizycznych, opłaty targowej w drodze inkasa, wyznaczenia inkasentów, wynagrodzenia za inkaso oraz terminów płatności. Radni rozpatrzą także zmianę Uchwały Nr LXXIII/580/2023 Rady Gminy Czosnów z 29-XII-2023 r. dotyczącej opłaty za gospodarowanie odpadami komunalnymi.
W programie jest również wyrażenie zgody na zawarcie w trybie bezprzetargowym kolejnej umowy dzierżawy z dotychczasowym dzierżawcą tej samej nieruchomości oraz nadanie nazwy drodze wewnętrznej w miejscowości Czeczotki. Sesję zakończą sprawozdanie Wójta Gminy z działalności pomiędzy sesjami, wolne wnioski, zapytania oraz zamknięcie obrad.

37th Session of the Czosnów Municipal Council
Katarzyna Kwaśniewska, Chairwoman of the Czosnów Municipal Council, invites everyone to the 37th Session of the Czosnów Municipal Council. The meeting will take place on August 25, 2026, at 9 a.m. in room no. 15 of the Czosnów Municipal Office.
The agenda begins with the opening of the session, confirmation of its validity, adoption of the agenda and the minutes from the previous, 36th Session. During the meeting, awards will be presented to students who achieved the best results in the 2026 eighth-grade exam.
Councilors are scheduled to adopt several resolutions concerning the amendment of the Multiannual Financial Forecast of the Czosnów Municipality and the amendment of the 2026 budget resolution. The points also include the establishment of an independent public health care facility named “Health Center” and the adoption of its statute.
Further decisions cover amending the resolution on the collection of real estate, agricultural and forest taxes from natural persons, the market fee via collection, the designation of collectors, remuneration for collection and payment deadlines. The councilors will also consider amending Resolution No. LXXIII/580/2023 of the Czosnów Municipal Council of December 29, 2023, regarding the fee for municipal waste management.
The program includes giving consent to conclude, without a tender procedure, another lease agreement with the current lessee for the same property, as well as naming an internal road in the town of Czeczotki. The session will conclude with the Mayor’s report on activities between sessions, free motions and inquiries, and closing the proceedings.
