24-VII-2026 r. w Urzędzie Miejskim w Nasielsku podpisano umowę na budowę budynku wielorodzinnego w Chrcynnie. Dokument podpisali Dariusz Ołkowski, prezes zarządu SIM KZN Mazowsze Centrum, oraz Piotr Marciniec, prezes zarządu PJM Investment. Obecni byli burmistrz Nasielska Radosław Kasiak oraz Agnieszka Malinowska, dyrektor Biura Prezesa Krajowego Zasobu Nieruchomości.
Po podpisaniu umowy symbolicznie wbito pierwszą łopatę, rozpoczynając realizację inwestycji. W Chrcynnie powstanie nowoczesny budynek z 26 mieszkaniami dwu- i trzypokojowymi, 27 miejscami postojowymi, rowerownią, pomieszczeniem gospodarczym oraz niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną.
Wykonawca ma 18 miesięcy na realizację zadania. Nabór do programu SIM nadal trwa. Wnioski można składać do 31-VII-2026 r.
Construction of apartments in Chrcynno begins. Contract signed
On 24-VII-2026 a contract for the construction of a multi-family building in Chrcynno was signed at the Municipal Office in Nasielsk. The document was signed by Dariusz Ołkowski, president of the board of SIM KZN Mazowsze Centrum, and Piotr Marciniec, president of the board of PJM Investment. Present were the Mayor of Nasielsk Radosław Kasiak and Agnieszka Malinowska, director of the Office of the President of the National Real Estate Resource.
After the signing of the contract the first shovel was symbolically driven in, starting the realization of the investment. In Chrcynno a modern building with 26 two- and three-room apartments, 27 parking spaces, a bicycle room, a utility room and the necessary technical infrastructure will be built.
The contractor has 18 months to complete the task. Recruitment for the SIM programme is still ongoing. Applications can be submitted until 31-VII-2026.
