Siedem godzin, zanim zabraknie czasu

12-IX-2026 r., w sobotę, Urząd Gminy Czosnów przy ul. Gminnej 6 gości Kurs I „Bezpieczeństwo.

Rodzinny plan bezpieczeństwa, lista adresów i numerów, terenoznawstwo, przetrwanie przy ograniczonym dostępie do infrastruktury, cyberhigiena i ostrożne korzystanie z informacji, gdy sieć kłamie albo milczy.

Seven hours before there is no time left

On September 12, 2026, a Saturday, the Commune Office of Czosnów at 6 Gminna Street will host Course I “Safety. Knowledge that protects”. The classes last from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., seven clock hours. There are at most twenty places. Participation is free of charge, a meal is provided by the organiser, and everyone who finishes receives a named certificate. Entry is only after enrolment.

The public task is co-financed by the Ministry of National Defence, represented by the Department of Education, Culture and Heritage. On the poster stand also the signs of the Polish Army and of the firm IT PRO.

The training is divided into three blocks. The first, twice forty-five minutes, concerns the preparation of oneself and of the house. The instructors are to say what to put into an evacuation rucksack, how to secure a flat and documents, how to read alarm signals and how to organise communication and contact points.

The second block, three times forty-five minutes, is reaction. Recognition of a life-threatening state, assessment of the injured, clearing of the airways, CPR and AED, Basic Life Support and conduct when the crisis is already under way. On the poster a manikin and a defibrillator are seen – the exercise is to be at the table, not at a slide.

The third block, likewise three times forty-five minutes, is the plan. A family safety plan, a list of addresses and numbers, knowledge of the ground, survival with limited access to infrastructure, cyber-hygiene and cautious use of information when the network lies or falls silent.

The watchwords beside the programme are short: the learning of practical skills, experienced instructors, real situations. The organisers announce practice that is to remain when the light goes out.
