Od 31-VIII-2026 r. do 30-IX-2026 r. gmina Pomiechówek prowadzi konsultacje społeczne projektu miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego w zakresie jednostki B dla wsi Pomiechówek. Do planu dołączono prognozę oddziaływania na środowisko. Chodzi o tereny między ulicami Gościnną, Słowiańską i Graniczną na Berenciznie, o grunt przy ulicy Warsa i Sawy oraz o osiedle bloków przy zachodniej części ulicy Nadleśnictwo.
Uwagi zbiera się przez cały ten miesiąc. Składa się je na urzędowym formularzu pisma dotyczącego aktu planowania przestrzennego. Formularz jest w urzędzie, w BIP i na stronie gminy. Można złożyć go na papierze w Urzędzie Gminy przy ul. Szkolnej 1a, pocztą elektroniczną na adres urzad@pomiechowek.pl, przez e-Doręczenia albo przez skrytkę ePUAP. Składający podaje imię i nazwisko albo nazwę, adres zamieszkania albo siedziby oraz adres poczty elektronicznej, jeśli go ma. Wskazuje, czy jest właścicielem lub użytkownikiem wieczystym nieruchomości objętej uwagą.
Punkt konsultacyjny czynny będzie 17-IX-2026 r. od 3.30 po poł. do 4.30 po poł. w Centrum Integracji Społecznej przy ul. Nasielskiej 4. Tego samego dnia o 4.30 po poł. w tym samym budynku odbędzie się spotkanie otwarte.
Projekt można czytać w godzinach pracy urzędu, w budynku A na parterze, w pokoju nr 01, a także w BIP, w komunikatach na stronie gminy i w Systemie Informacji Przestrzennej. Osobno, w strategicznej ocenie oddziaływania na środowisko, uwagi przyjmowane są na piśmie, ustnie do protokołu albo drogą elektroniczną – bez kwalifikowanego podpisu – do 30-IX-2026 r.
Uwagi rozpatruje wójt. Złożone po terminie pozostają bez rozpatrzenia.
Plan for unit B goes out for remarks
From August 31, 2026 to September 30, 2026 the commune of Pomiechówek is conducting public consultations on the draft local spatial development plan for unit B of the village of Pomiechówek. An environmental impact forecast is attached to the plan. The matter concerns the land between Gościnna, Słowiańska and Graniczna Streets at Berencizna, the ground at Warsa i Sawy Street, and the estate of blocks at the western part of Nadleśnictwo Street.
Remarks are collected throughout that month. They are submitted on the official form of a letter concerning an act of spatial planning. The form is at the office, in the Public Information Bulletin and on the commune’s website. It may be lodged on paper at the Commune Office at 1a Szkolna Street, by electronic mail to urzad@pomiechowek.pl, through e-Delivery or through the ePUAP box. The person submitting gives name and surname or the name of an entity, the address of residence or of the seat, and an electronic-mail address if one is held. He or she states whether he or she is the owner or perpetual usufructuary of the property covered by the remark.
A consultation point will be open on September 17, 2026 from 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. at the Social Integration Centre at 4 Nasielska Street. On the same day at 4.30 p.m. an open meeting will be held in the same building.
The draft may be read during the office’s working hours, in building A on the ground floor, in room no. 01, and also in the Public Information Bulletin, in the announcements on the commune’s website and in the Spatial Information System. Separately, in the strategic environmental impact assessment, remarks are accepted in writing, orally for the record or by electronic means – without a qualified signature – until September 30, 2026.
Remarks are considered by the wójt. Those lodged after the deadline remain without consideration.
